Select a business process or system from your work environment that you can share with the class (as we may discuss these, so no proprietary information). In your writeup, include: Description of the business process. Outline the steps and business rules embedded in the process. Create at least one graphical view of the process. This could be a flow chart or some other type of diagram that would help to understand the process. You may draw this and include the image with your assignment, no need to do this using any type of drawing program unless you want to. Just make it legible. (You may reference the Powerpoint from Class 2 for some examples.) Identify an area of concern or opportunity (e.g., potential lack of control, efficiency, etc.) Describe the possible changes you would consider to address the area of concern/opportunity. Would you classify it as an incremental change or a radical change? Who are the organizational stakeholders that should be included in addressing this concern/opportunity?
