simplify this in a sentence or two: Infant gaze was analyzed by two to three coders who determined if the infant was looking at the center, right, left, off-screen, or if their gaze was undetected. Coders did not know the block or condition information. During the exposure and fixation phases, coders were told the infant was "probably looking at center" to help them identify the center of the screen, but they could choose other responses if needed. No such instruction was given during the VPC test. Coders agreed on the same response 94.4% of the time on average.
