Description:

Write a function called to Upper that takes in a lowercase character and capitalizes it$.$

Examples:

answer$1=$ toupper $(\text{'}b\text{'})$

$$ answer $1={?}^{\text{'}}{B}^{\text{'}}$

answer$2=$ toupper ${(}^{\text{'}}{a}^{\text{'}})$

$$ answer$2=\text{'}A\text{'}$

answer$3=$ toupper $(\text{'}h\text{'})$
