Students will develop a ABA supervision plan from start to finish for a fictitious supervisee accumulating fieldwork hours following recommended guidelines. Several assignments will be completed throughout the semester, including: a) establishing an effective supervisor-supervisee relationship, b) establishing a plan for structured supervision content and competence evaluation, c) evaluating the effects of supervision, d) incorporating ethics and professional development into supervision, and e) continuing the relationship post-certification
