SUBJECT : Computing Project Management b) People

b) People look to their leaders for ethical guidance. Here are situational questions about the morals of a leader that you need to state. Give a reason why you chose the answer. i. A leader who talks about the importance of hard work but only promotes people who are good and close to him and this causes employees to question fairness in their organization ii. A leader that tends to be rather frank, certain, and is very careful to be factual and accurate. He treats people well, with dignity and respect. He does the right thing and makes good decisions. iii. A leader does not proactively make ethics and values the agenda of leadership. Employees feel the bottom line is everything and this drives the decisions they make. The leader is selfish and prioritizes short-term financial gain over the long- term interests of the organization as well as the interests of stakeholders. V. iv. A leader that has high expectations for others, but don't seem to follow those standards himself. He feels entitled to behave however he choose but others must be kept in line at all times. A leader who uses the promise of huge rewards to get the employees to do things they might not otherwise do. He may ask his employees to gloss over an incident or do something secretly to hide an indiscretion and make himself looks better. (10 marks)
