   7. The ethics of negotiation / conflict resolution process.

1. Develop a communication management plan to communicate the delivery of the workshop in your department. Your plan should include the following:
   1. The communication requirements for the presentation.
   2. An analysis of the stakeholders who should be consulted for the delivery of the presentation.
   3. The communication process you will implement to deliver the presentation.
   4. Timeframes for the delivery of the workshop.
   5. People responsible for the communication that should take place.
