Task $5$: Synchronous decade counter

Modify your synchronous counter in such a way that it will count from $0$ to $9$ and then will start a $0$

again. This is called a decade counter. Connect a $7-$segment hexadecimal display $($DCD$\_$HEX$)$ to the

outputs to verify that your counter only produces outputs of $9$ or less. Make screenshots.

For this task you need to:

Construct a $4-$bit synchronous decade counter

Connect a $7-$segment hexadecimal display $($DCD$\_$HEX$)$ to the outputs.

Make screenshots of the circuit during simulation to demonstrate that it works
