Demonstrate how you would practically go about conducting a Training of Trainers

among the participants of your choice at your work place/community. Before you

execute the training you need to consider doing and or making decisions on the

following:

1. Needs assessment (brief)

2. Design a Training of Trainer course

3. Implementation

4. Evaluation

You are expected to submit a written mini report [4000 words at 1.5 line

spacing, in Times New Roman size 12] of this task with clear explanations

and justifications for the steps, processes and procedures followed. The

report is due on 24th January 2022. This activity carries 60 Marks.
