Teams will write a brief final team charter (1 2 pages) that confirms:

• The teams project business case and a description of the projects objectives, scope of work and assumptions. Important! Students must clearly describe items that are both in scope and out of scope in their scope statement.
• How they will deal with procrastinating or underperforming colleagues, including but not restricted to how they will use the peer evaluation to hold each other accountable.
• Whether or not they thought their Microsoft Teams use during the courses first half was effective and their strategy to improve their use for the final project.

The final team charter is worth 50 points and is evaluated using this rubric:

25 points	The team charter is complete.
25 points	The team charter is clearly written.

Since the final team charter is a team assignment, student teams should elect one team member to submit it for the group.
