Develop and implement progressive HR policies in line with ongoing developments across the civil service, including preparation for a future rollout of HR Business Partnering Development of an L&D strategy to ensure we are skilled for the future.

Supporting DPC employees and further development of a DPC learning culture through providing, in a cost$-$effective way, for the prioritised strategic learning & development needs of those who work in DPC by:

L&D budget$-$ DPC Finance $-$Drafting an L&D plan that is aligned with the needs of the DPC$,$ its people and the DPC$$s Regulatory Strategy.

Collating org wide information from senior managers on current and future learning needs of DPC with a focus on the skills required, both current and emerging.

Prioritising learning needs aligned with DPC strategic priorities but having regard to career development of DPC employees.

Ensuring value for money through economies of scale, identification and use of internal sources of learning and use of OneLearning before engaging external providers.
