3. Creating Opportunities: (ie: on job, with neighbors, helping room-mates, etc...) Tips: NO word count OR # pgs required o ONLY Quality Responses!!! FYI: If you need to create GOALS to get the brain thinking (realistically): o Use SMART objectives for GOALS: Specific - Measurable - Attainable - Realistic - Timely

EXAMPLE: 1. Growth Mindset: WHAT: I need to practice SPEAKING more English HOW1: I will spend my lunch break @ work with NON-Indian cultures to hold myself accountable to speak ENGLISH only HOW2: I will have a HOLLYWOOD movie nite once/week with Room-mates (pop-corn & all) and we will discuss meaning of story-line after movie to ensure we all got FULL understanding (validate by Reviews)

2. New Skills/Knowledge: WHAT: According to Job Descriptions for Project Management, in Leadership roles I need to have EMPATHY, GOOD COMMUNICATOR etc HOW: I will spend more time with my Elders, to learn of their wisdom, knowledge and understanding, so I may gain insight into relation-shipping with them versus getting annoyed in their old fashion ways!

3. Opportunities: WHAT: I can ask my Boss or Room-mates if they need ANY help with any of their tasks/goals HOW: By lending a helping hand, I can create NEW opportunities (outside of MY own) to NETWORK or MANAGE the RELATIONSHIPs I have, which may (or maynot) lead to new opportunities but only way to know is by COMMUNICATING via verbals/non-verbals!!!
