The final report is a document that develops the entire O3A in a specific organisation and implements the organisational design schools, theories and models. The organisation BMW Group . The document must be including the following sections:

Use the definition of O3A (Session 03) to explain the aim of the document.

Briefly explain the selected Organisation and the reasons for its choice.

1. First phase: Strategy

Implement the tool 5W1H o determine the organisational strategy.

Determine the organisational outputs and the main resources to obtain them (Inputs).

2. Second phase: Value chain

Set up the organisational value chain. Recommendation: Max 4 objects.

Set up the support activities as one single object.

3. Third phase: Levels (Representation)

Determine the level 2 by exploring the objects at level 1 (Value Chain).

Make 2D representation for each object at level 2.

Provide a graphical representation of the entire O3A output at level 2.

4. Fourth phase: Resources

Determine the no. of people in the new structure (level 2).

Provide basic job descriptions at each object.

5. Fifth phase: Management

Determine the measurement system of the organisational structure using the centres.
