The key differences between focus groups and (in-depth) interviews is one of dynamics and depth. Focus groups, by asking questions in a group scenario are able to utilize the benfits of group dynamics. In-depth interviews, by speaking with one individual at a time, are able to:

	a.	utilize the extra time to go in greater depth for each question.
	b.	provide the same information, generally at a lower cost.
	c.	utilize the extra time by ending the discussion early.
	d.	utilize the extra time to go into less depth for each question.
	e.	ultilize snowballing.
