The Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) for Industry 4.0 follows these steps:

1- Identification of system requirements;

2- Definition of the system architecture;

3- Creation of a high-level model of the system;

4- Creation of a detailed model of each component;

5- Use of simulation tools; and

6- Model update if necessary.

Requirements (1) are defined as: Connectivity, Interoperability, Flexibility, Automation, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, Human-Machine Interaction, Customization, Predictive Maintenance, and Energy Efficiency.

Now, develop the following steps (2 to 6) also presenting models based on MBSE that serve as a roadmap for an Industry 4.0 deployment system.
