The Project Scheduling Problem tab of the Parameters workbook displays the Activity-On-Node (AON) diagram for a project network. Activity times (in weeks) are shown in the table to the left of the AON diagram. You should:

• Enter the "Immediate Predecessors" information into cells B4-B11
• Compute and enter the ES, EF, LS, LF, and Slack times for each activity into columns D through H as indicated
• Answer the following
  • How long will the project take? (Enter value)
  • What is the critical path?
