Think about a Floor Warden training program for that company - and write me another email (attached here as a Word document) as if I were the leader of your organization to tell me about the following things: 

1. What will they be trained on? 

2. How often will the training occur? 

3. What selection process will be used to select a floor warden? 

4. Are there any other emergency response recommendations you have?
