1. This assignment is prepared for your assesing your project preparing and presentation skills INDIVIDUALLY (i.e., not a teamwork).

   You are going to create a presentation about MCDM (Multi-Criteria Decision Making) including Goal Programming, AHP, ANP, TOPSIS, etc. based on an appropriate problem that you build. To do that:

   1-Install related software installations optionally or concentrate on Excel for application.

   4-Review our class sessions or search the literature for your technique.

   Create a Decision Making problem from a business for multiple criteria (at least four) and multiple alternatives (at least three) such as vendor selection, product selection, employee hiring/firing, investment selection, and so on.

   Describe your problem, aim, motivation, limits, importance, assumptions, and application area in detail.

   Build your solution using a software or in Excel and get your results and discuss your findings.

   5- Prepare a presentation for your problem-solving process entirely (step by step) in Powerpoint. Start your screen-recording application on your computer, and run your Presentation. It should be not less than 10 minutes and not more than 15 minutes.

   6-Before starting the presentation, introduce yourself and your application. You must speak English. You must open your camera and show your face during the recording as well.

   7-Save your screen recording and upload your youtube channel. You can publish it as "public but not listed" up to your private choice. Make sure that your video is playing properly and open to everyone by sharing the link.

   9- You must submit your Excel, Powerpoint, or other files here as an attachment NOT LATER THAN DUE DATE. You will get a project grade here.

   10-You will present your video presentations last two weeks according to your STD ID (Ascending). There will not be other chance for presentation! You will get a presentation grade here!
