This can be achieved by running MBPoll on a Remote Lab and accessing MBSlave using IP address $192\mathrm{.}168\mathrm{.}99\mathrm{.}156.$ Note that you will not actually see the slave running as you did in the serial mode. All changes that you may wish to make to the Slave will be achieved through MBPoll.

$1.$ Alter Slave ID to $01.$ Execute an FC$03,$ and read the contents of the absolute registers $4000240005$ ie$.4$ registers only. Using Base $0$ addressing $($i$.$e$.$ Relative addresses$)$ these will be $1$ through $4.$

Read ONLY these registers.

$2.$ Use WireShark to capture the request packet.

$3.$ Expand the MBAP header and the Modbus PDU fully within Wireshark. All four fields of the MBAP header, and all the fields of the Modbus ADU $($i$.$e$.$ the Modbus command$)$ must be visible.
