this is what i have so far for my scope statement for a new video game. but i need help with coming up with the exclusions and milestones for the scope statement

Scope statement: Project name: Build-It-Up Video game

Project Charter: To deliver and create an as close to real life video game constructing your own city and day to day activities with fictional characters

Owner: UbiSoft

Vice President and Sponsor : Katherine Castro

Project manager: Henry Lee

Problem Statement: Ubisoft does not currently have a video game to compete with other game manufactures playing in first person building and reality Stakeholders: Ubisoft, Katherine Castro, Henry Lee, company employees, company executive managers and LP Wealth and Management.

Project Goals and objectives: Ubisoft wants to compete in the space of first-person video games. Ubisoft thinks by creating this video game it will put them in the space they wish to fill

Project Requirements: This project will require many professionals with programming skills that understand the game and what Ubisoft wants, can design, and to know how to use various tools, including game engines. Moreover, if you want to sell your game you will also need to promote it, therefore, marketing agents will be needed. A variety of software and computer programming languages for different purposes. Game artists and game developers will also be required. The development side of games typically involves the programming, coding, rendering, engineering, and testing of the game.
