This week, we look into change management and proactive vs reactive health care. Since the adoption of the PPACA (Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act), health care has experienced many changes and those changes continue today. I have included some websites below with some articles I would like for you to read. One of the websites involves the Canadian Model on switching from reactive to proactive care. This model is similar to the US and other countries as there is now a push to make this a major change.

I have also provided a table from the CDC with the top 10 causes of death in the US in 2015.
