- Create your own justification for hiring someone
- At a minimum you need to answer the following questions, in no particular order.
- The type or nature of staff (Full-time, part-time, contractor, hourly or salary etc.)
- Why you need someone (be creative and factual, maybe tell a bit of a story?)
- What are they going to be doing?
- Where are they doing it? (Office, field, tele-commute etc.)
- When is this new resource needed (target start date)?
- Who you need (entry level, skilled, manager, other hard skills, maybe soft skills etc.)
- whether the requirement is permanent, seasonal, or temporary
