In this assignment, you will be given a case. You will then write a design document and a lesson plan $($as discussed starting on Noe p$.221)$ that could be implemented for that case. The case design document and lesson plan will apply what you learned in Unit $5$ related to transfer of learning $($near$/$far$,$ adult learning theory, and transfer of training implications$).$

A design document can be used to guide the development of training and to explain the training to managers, SMEs, reviewers, or other trainers. Table $5\mathrm{.}7$ shows a design document template. Information for the design document is based on the information obtained from the needs assessment discussed in Chapter Three.

The design document will follow your Noe textbook. The modified lesson plan will follow Table $5\mathrm{.}7.$

Case: You are asked to deliver a $1-$day workshop on one of the following topics of your choice: Time Management, Being an Effective Team Member, Conflict Management, Effective Communication, or Leading Effective Meetings. About $75$ managers need to be trained. Complete the following design document and lesson plan using the example from the Outline tab.
