Create a C# program that does the following. The application must be named assignment3 and all variables used MUST use proper names (see previous assignment for examples).

Your program will accept accept three grades from the user. The program will calculate the average of the three grades. A conditional statement will use the average calculated to display a message similar to the following:

"You are doing great. You have an A"

"You are doing well. You have a B".

"You are doing OK. You have a C".

"You need to improve. Ask your instructor for more help.

The average should be placed into a variable and the conditions statement should use the variable for comparison. For example

if (average >= 90) ...
