Your table should have a title

Your table columns should be labelled: Date, Highs, Lows, Hi Depart, Lo Depart

All colunns are $10$ characters wide

If the row contains the Max High for the day, put a $+$ in front of the date

If the rom contains the Min Low for the day, put a $-$ in front of the date

Pay attention to spacing and alignment
