2) What type of listening occurred specifically? What would have been a better approach? From both people.

5) Miscommunication happens all the time, in this case, it was not that they were speaking different languages, but it was still miscommunication. How does this happen in real life and why does it happen? (Do not use a personal example, use one from the world around you, news, politics, etc)

6) Now that you provided an example in the world around you, share an instance that you are comfortable sharing, where miscommunication occurred in your personal relationship. How did it happen? What was the outcome? What did you learn? How could it have been addressed?
