WebAuthoring Task: Develop a website and give a personal review of an interesting mobile/desktop application. Leaming Outcomes: - To gain knowledge and experience in using web authoring software - To develop basic web authoring skills - To critically evaluate an ecommerce website/platform Task Details - DEVELOP a website using web authoring software - You can use any web authoring software that you prefer (e.g., notepad, Dreamweaver) - You SHOULD NOT use any third-party web authoring website (e.g., wix.com) to develop your website as you won't get any html practice at all if using that. - PUBLISH your website online so anyone on the Intemet who knows your website address could access it - You will use the Amazon Web Service or Google Cloud to publish your website or external resources which you are familiar with (c.g., Dropbox). - Your website should consist of TWO sections: - Personal profile page - Include your name and some introduction about yourself. You could reuse the content submitted in your one-page bio. Review of the e-business website/platform - Choose a mobile/desktop application that you use and write a review on it. The selected ecommerce website/platform can be the same as your group project site, but the review should be an individual effort, not a group work. - Please include the following information (if applicable): - State which software you are reviewing-provide the URL (or provide link to the app store/website) - Describe the features and functionalities of the software - Evaluate this site/platform. You can share some of the nice/bad features of the site/platform. You can also suggest recommendations, e.g., what features could be better designed or improved
