Pick an organization with which you have had experience. This could be your current employer or some other organization.

How would you articulate the strategy of that organization?

Do you think that the strategy is$/$was aligned throughout the organization? In other words, did everybody understand the strategy and is$/$was everyone pulling in the same direction?
