Once the initial Signal Horn finishes sounding shuts OFF the system will wait for one of the following two events I or II to occur: I Pressing & releasing the STARTUP button will trigger the second stage of SYSTEM STARTUP, causing the following ordered set of events to occur: a The Safety Lights will begin flashing quickly ON sec OFF sec repeat b The Signal Horn will sound ON for second shut OFF for second sound ON for second shut OFF for second sound ON for second shut OFF. c When the Signal Horn finishes cycling ONOFF for the third time step b the System Starting indicator will shut OFF, at which point SYSTEM STARTUP is complete and the system will begin its NORMAL OPERATION operational state. Notes The second stage of SYSTEM STARTUP requires the STARTUP button to be both pressed and released after the initial twosecond signal horn is complete. The second stage will not be triggered by continuously holdingin the STARTUP button after initially pressing and holding it in for seconds in order to trigger the first stage of SYSTEM STARTUP. Pressing the SHUTDOWN button while the Safety Lights are flashing quickly during the second stage of SYSTEM STARTUP will have no effect on the systems operation. II Pressing the SHUTDOWN button will immediately cause the Signal Horn to sound ON for seconds and then shut OFF, after which both the Safety Lights and the System Starting indicator will shut OFF, returning the system to a fullydeenergized state.
