The product is then sent for delivery with a delivery employee. Inventory records are updated. The Green Apple pharmacy also allows for walk-in customers. When a customer enters the pharmacy, they may request a product from the assistants, whom will find and prepare it. The customer may also request additional information, like potential side effects or interactions with other medications. The assistant can answer the customer with quick facts by checking the details of the product on the system. If the customer choses to purchase, they are billed.
