His first project is to change the organizational structure as the company is experiencing a major drop in profits for the past 6 months. To improve profitability the Board of directors have decided to implement an action plan that includes the restructuring of the organizational structure, product, and customer services. Task requirements: In preparation to implement this project, John needs to prepare a report to the CEO that includes the following points (a) Discuss 1 challenge for each of the change methods that can affect implementation, (b) Provide 3 recommendations to stimulate innovation in support of the action plan, (c) Include 2 positive techniques to reduce resistance to change.
