Evaluate the decision using the Blake & Mouton Decision Matrix. Consider the following factors:

Concern for production (i.e. achieving the project goals)

Concern for people (i.e. managing stakeholder expectations and relationships)

Based on your evaluation, make a decision and explain your rationale.

Deliverables

Submit a Stakeholders Register and a brief write-up of the decision you evaluated using the Blake & Mouton Decision Matrix. Your write-up should include the following:

The decision you evaluated

The factors you considered when evaluating the decision

The decision you made and your rationale for making that decision
