You are the newly appointed Learning & Development Manager in your company. Your manager, VP,HR asked you to design a managerial skills development program for the newly appointed, first level managers. The first group for this year will be a group of 20 from different departments. These managers started managing people 2 months ago and never attended a managerial skill development program before. They all have small teams, 2-8 people. Your manager told you not to worry about the budget and come up with an effective, robust program. She told you that this will be the first draft and will be revised inline with the feedback from the Business Leaders and the CEO.
