You are the Vice-President of Logistics for your company, Global Electronics, which manufactures and sells televisions. Prior to the Covid pandemic, 100 percent of your manufacturing was based in China. However, the multiple lockdowns in China during the pandemic meant your company had trouble getting completed television sets into North America.
