Introduction

Under the Introduction heading, state what this section will cover in 1-2 sentences.

The introduction subsections should (i) identify the research, (ii) identify the purpose of and need for your individual report according to your subtopic, and (iii) identify in a brief statement how your research supports the larger group topic.

Use double spacing for your paragraphs so I can type comments in your paragraphs easily. Do not indent paragraphs in a report.

2. Body Paragraphs

Provide an overview of tate what this section will cover in one to two sentences.

This section focuses on the implementation of the different research sources, and what their importance to your subtopic is, in this preliminary report.

Identify the importance of the research found to your subtopic.

Provide rationale for any decisions to include certain research.

Describe in detail how this research contributes to the larger group report.

Feel free to break these sections down into smaller sub-headings.

3. Conclusions & Recommendations

The conclusion to the final report should:

provide an analytical assessment of the importance of this work

provide the justification for that assessment

provide recommendations for how the information provided can be used to change policies, practices, or viewpoints within society

*should be on a page of its own, and follow an APA reference guide for filling in information.
