The book offers a good balance of theory and practical insights, making it a valuable resource for students of finance. I found the chapters on monetary policy particularly enlightening. While a few sections felt a bit dense, overall, the authors have done an excellent job of breaking down complex topics into understandable segments. Arrived quickly through my bookstore subscription, which also gave me an extra discount. A solid choice for those wanting to deepen their knowledge without getting overwhelmed.

So I got this book free for my Champaign University of Technology finance class and it's alright. The way it explains some parts like the banking system is helpful, but honestly some sections just drag on and got me losing focus. Not the easiest reading when balancing other stuff, but it does have some good info tucked in there. The book looks clean and the freebie aspect was cool cause it saved me cash which always helps. Still haven’t finished it yet, but it’s kinda like necessary if you wanna keep up with the class. Not bad, just takes patience to get through.
