Judge is a definitive resource for students and professionals seeking to understand the complex dynamics within organizations. Needed a book for my Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Studies program and found a pretty sweet deal on SolutionInn which saved me some cash. It took less than a week to get my hands on it, way faster and better condition than what I saw on Abebooks. Haven't finished all the chapters but the initial parts seem clear enough and not too tough to understand. The book feels legit, helping me get a grip on some of the basics without overloading. Opted for the discounted price so it was a solid buy overall even if it’s a hefty read sometimes.

I grabbed this for a class at University of South Florida and got a nice discount so pretty glad about that. Book looks legit and it’s okay quality but the start feels kinda heavy and a bit slow to get into — not terrible but I find myself skimming a bit more than I’d like. Haven’t really looked far past the early chapters but it seems like it might help with the basics. Came within about a week and wasn't damaged or anything so that was a win. Hoping it gets easier to read as I go though.

Thought I’d mention I got this for my course OB 201: Foundations of Organizational Behavior at a pretty good discount and it definitely arrived much sooner than I expected. Haven’t plowed through the whole thing, just skimmed early parts, but it’s written in a way that’s easy to follow and not too dry which helps. The book looks solid and hasn’t messed up from shipping. Gonna keep using it because of that no-nonsense style and maybe it helps me make sense of this neck of studies, so far happy I grabbed it cheaper than list price.

Grabbed this on sale for my Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership studies and it showed up crazy fast. Book feels sturdy and pretty easy to flick through so far, haven’t gotten far yet, but seems like it’ll be helpful to get a handle on the main stuff. Worth the discount for sure.

This book is truly an excellent resource for anyone studying organizational behavior. What stood out to me were the well-crafted examples and case studies that bring the theories to life. They make complex concepts much more understandable, especially for someone new to the subject. The delivery was impressively fast, and the book arrived in perfect condition, which was a big plus! I also got an extra discount with my student subscription, which made it an even sweeter deal. Seriously, a must-have for management students.

This new edition of 'Organizational Behavior' offers a solid balance between essential theories and real-world application. As a manager, I found the sections on team dynamics and leadership particularly insightful. It's well-structured, and the addition of modern studies makes it relevant. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is that I would have liked more on digital transformation in organizations, given today's technological advances. Nonetheless, it's a valuable addition to professional development, and it arrived right on time, well-packaged.
