Think about your own positive, memorable, “peak experiences” when it comes to ethics. Be prepared to discuss those with others in your class and to think about the conditions that would make it possible for such experiences to happen more regularly at work. Or, if you don’t have much work experience yourself, interview someone who has and ask these questions. Be prepared to report back what you learned from the interview.
