Activity 1: Project Crashing The project team has discussed options for reducing the project schedule. After some brainstorming and communication with suppliers, the team has arrived at a list of scheduled activities that could be reduced along with a rough estimate of the cost percentage multiplier required to reduce each activity. Use the crash list along with the high-level milestones used for the PERT analysis in WP2. Brainstorm within the team to identify three options to present to the client. Option 1 is the highest schedule reduction/highest cost, Option 2 is the lowest schedule reduction with the lowest cost, and Option 3 is somewhere in the middle. Document all three options.

Activity 2: Step-by-Step Crash Plan Make a step-by-step crash plan using a network diagram of the high-level milestones for each scenario in Activity 1.

Activity 3: Schedule Reduction Report Make a 2 page schedule reduction report that includes the result of Activities 1-2 including high-level Gantt charts and budgets for each option.
