Are there more than these three companies in the United States or are these the only three? Do you know or were you able to see if they publicized the cost of transporting products through each of the companies? I wonder if cost is determined by distance and quantity as they seem to be in other means of transportation like trucking with their price algorithm. What has been the largest mishap when speaking on pipeline disasters and was it from any of these three companies? I wonder what the procedures on steps needed to be taken when a pipe is damaged and or unsurvivable?
