1. Determine whether good Tactical Communication was used. Why and why not?

Instructions

Search online for a video of your choice of Tactical Communication video that shows an Officer using Tactical Communication. Review whether the Officer used good Tactical Communication and why you think that. Discuss the officer presence, vocal control, body language, and de-escalation/escalation, listening, rapport. Factors that may have affected the officer's ability to communicate more effectively.
