1. Loyalty.You may measure your customers' loyalty by analyzing how many times the same people visit the site during a specific timeframe. What do you think would be a good repeat visitor goal within a given month, for each site/app?
2. Recency.Provides insight into the length of time between visits. Ideally, how much time should elapse between each visitor's visit to each site/app?
