You have been assigned to lead a team to develop a LMS for Career Training. The first step in developing the LMS is establishing a business relationship with the organization and understanding its operations.

In this activity, you will act as the Project Manager for the learning management system project. You are required to gather additional information on the organizational structure, culture and politics within Career Training. You need to identify the internal and external stakeholders related to the project and identify strategies to develop the business relationship with the client. In addition, you are also required to create a liaison plan to strengthen the business relationship with the client.

You have already gathered information regarding the organisational structure, culture, politics, and stakeholders and created a plan for business relationship management and liaison sessions.

You are now required to gather additional information on the client's business operations.

In this activity, you are required to conduct a role$-$play session with a Career Training representative to gather further information on the operations of the organizational and business requirements.
