You have been tasked with evaluating the current ICT state of the organisation. It would include analysing the ICT process flow of the business with the established standards $($Australian standards, organisational standards, ISO$/$IEE standards$)$and identifying the scope of improvement. You will also propose a new business model and develop the performance benchmark for the proposed model.

Part A

In this activity, as the project manager you will evaluate and document the current state of Career Training$$business model. You will first map the organisation's ICT process flow and compare them against the established performance standards.
