Could you please extend and make my answer abit longer or suggest what else I should add. Thank you

This is the question:

An analysis and reflection of your Personality Attributes - areas of strength, and (potential) areas for further development - and the relevance that these have for you as a leader. You will be provided with several personality questionnaires throughout this course which you may use to help you reflect on your traits, personal inclinations, and overall temperament or disposition

This is what I have written so far for this question:

From taking upon this class there has been a variety of personality tests been done which I found as an interesting activity, answering specific questions can determine the type of person you are. But the more I did it in my own time I found many consistencies especially with having an introverted personality which I can strongly agree on, it was a big thing to take upon group training sessions for my colleagues even when I knew majority of them, it was the pressure that everyone is relying on you for the best advice. Another consistency was I was highly motivated to get tasks done. This mix of being highly motivated and driven to get a job done mixed with an extroverted tasks like group training really bottled necked me and made me a little more stressed then usual when performing at work. I felt pressured but knew I had to be confident and proud of myself. I prefer to establish clear plans or strategies before acting.

Nevertheless, I am aware that my introverted nature sometimes leads me to overthink situations especially what others are thinking of me and how I leave an image of myself on them.
