The Supplier team reviews each proposal to ensure they meet the basic design requirements. Vendors failing to meet these basic criteria are promptly notified of their status and thanked for their interest. Proposals that pass the initial screening phase undergo a comprehensive evaluation conducted by the Supplier, Engineering, and Quality teams. Based on the detailed evaluation, a shortlist of vendors is compiled, and selected vendors are requested to send a test version. The test versions are evaluated and the set of vendors$/$proposals that meet the qualifications is determined and ranked. All vendors that do not meet the requirements are notified of their status and thanked.
