Following steps are done to get approval of a sites map plans from customers.
- Client request a meeting to provide his requirements/specifications.
- After the receiving all requirements, a new accounts must be created if the customer doesnt already have one.
- Architect submits a complete plan to the line manager.
- The line manager reviews the plan and discusses with customer to either approve or reject.
- In case of rejection the architect does a follow-up meeting which results in approval or dropping off the project.
- If all information is correct and approved, the plan is sent to LDA for approval by liaison officer and an approved notification is sent.
- If the whole process is not completed in 7 days, then the customer must receive an approval in progress email If the request is not finished within 30 days, then the process is stopped
