• Develop four interview questions to ask during the interview phase to ensure the right candidate is selected. Two of the four questions must be behaviorally based and focus on the candidate's work history. Ensure each of the behavioral questions is asked so the candidate responds with all elements of a STAR - Situation/Task, Action, Result. Example: Describe a time when you dealt with a difficult customer. What was the situation? What did you do? How did it turn out?
