Employee engagement initiative

1. Develop a program, policy, or practice that can be implemented in a hospitality organisation that will foster employee engagement with those working in casual and non-standard positions. This initiative should refer to one or more of the human resource management or employment relations activities discussed in Modules 1, 2 or 3.
2. Create an organisational document to be used by managers for this program, policy, or practice (approximately 500 words). A short report format would be appropriate for this document, however other formats can be discussed and approved.
3. Develop a review process, supported with research, to evaluate the effectiveness of the initiative (approximately 250 words).
