From the IT Management and the IT Project team, based on our conversation with Microsoft, we created a new software update from the ground up to ensure this issue would never happen again. Microsoft wants to establish a new way to analyze its data properly by adding new techniques and features for the business to use while updating the latest system software. The new features and methods will be presented from downgrading to an earlier version of the software update in case the new one has more issues that have been found. There will be a new Windows update that will require to install before updating the new software. This will prevent businesses from crashing their systems after downloading
