Hello, I know you don't do the hiring, but I thought you should know about this since I've tried to tell our head of school. Our new assistant teacher in extended day doesn't know what she's doing, and we've had other people who weren't up to our standards either. I really like the way you handle the operations of the school, so you should tell the Head of School that you want to do the hiring yourself. I think we'd be a lot better off if you did. Just a thought! Thanks, Teacher Tammy
